ECJ head points to alternate approach in Slovenia's arbitration suit
Brussels, 20 April - President of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) Koen Lenaerts has suggested that Slovenia could perhaps take a different approach in its efforts to implement the Slovenia-Croatia border arbitration decision than lodging a lawsuit against Croatia at the ECJ under Article 259 of the Lisbon Treaty.
