Kiska first statesman to lay wreath at Memorial to Victims of All Wars

Ljubljana, 23 April - Slovak President Andrej Kiska laid a wreath at Memorial to Victims of All Wars during his visit to Ljubljana on Monday. He is the first foreign statesman to do so in what is to become regular practice during visits of foreign dignitaries.
