Triglav entering Croatian pension insurance market

Ljubljana, 24 April - A subsidiary of the Slovenian insurance group Triglav signed an agreement with the Croatian subsidiary of Austria's Raiffeisen Bank on Tuesday to acquire a majority stake in the Croatian pension insurer Raiffeisen Mirovinsko Osiguravajuće Društvo. The acquisition still needs to get a regulatory approval.
