Večer looks at Kim Jong-un's changing ways

Maribor, 28 April - Reflecting on the sudden conciliatory style adopted by Kim Jong-un, the newspaper Večer argues that the North Korean leader seems to have found confidence through his nuclear rocket diplomacy. Probably even more crucial however have been the international sanctions that have completely destroyed his country's already feeble economy.
