Ljubljana Opera and Ballet House gets new acting director

Ljubljana, 28 April - Culture Minister Tone Peršak has appointed Rajko Meserko acting director of SNG Opera and Ballet Ljubljana theatre. He has served for years as the opera's artistic programme coordinator. The appointment comes over a month after Peter Sotošek Štular resigned citing a dismissive attitude toward the theatre by the Culture Ministry.
