Implementation of new EU data protection rules challenging in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 3 May - The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a key piece of EU legislation about personal data privacy which enters into force on 25 May, may cause quite a few legal challenges in Slovenia, since the bill aimed at implementing it will not be passed before the election. Companies are nevertheless busy preparing for the new rules.
