Rail upgrade referendum campaign virtually non-existent

Ljubljana, 7 May - Less than a week to go before the second referendum on the Divača-Koper rail expansion, the campaign has been completely overshadowed by the upcoming general election. It is highly unlikely that the initiators will secure sufficient turnout to meet quorum requirements.
