Opposing views clash in debate on new Koper port rail track

Ljubljana, 7 May - Less than a week before a second referendum on the government's plan to build a second rail track linking the Koper port with an inland hub, a debate hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) heard that the track was much needed; but participants still disagree on ways to construct and fund it.
