Delo examines why Putin is so very liked by Russians

Ljubljana, 8 May - Vladimir Putin, a man nobody knew when he was chosen by Boris Yeltsin as his successor in early 2000s, was sworn in as Russian president for the fourth time on Monday. The oligarchs who put him in the Kremlin thought Putin would play their game, but they were very wrong, the newspaper Delo says on Tuesday.
