EU advocate general sides with Slovenian company over Austrian anti-dumping law

Strasbourg, 8 May - EU Advocate General Nils Wahl has issued an opinion that the Austrian law on the prevention of payment and social dumping, which has been challenged at the EU Court of Justice by a Slovenian company, violates EU rules. The case still needs to be considered by the court's senate, but it usually heeds the advocate general's opinion.
