Delo says party has ended in Italy

Ljubljana, 9 May - More than two months after the general election in Italy, President Sergio Mattarella has taken matters into his hands and decided to propose a "neutral government" of his choice. But given opposition from the two largest parties, a snap election in the summer or autumn appears the only option.
