Central bank acknowledges shortcomings during suspected laundering of Iran money

Ljubljana, 9 May - Banka Slovenije has confirmed after a parliament-ordered internal audit that there were some shortcomings in its oversight of suspected laundering of Iranian money at NLB in 2009 and 2010. Progress has been made since then and most of the shortcomings have been fixed, the central bank added for the STA.
