Paper says minor rise in interest rates would be good

Ljubljana, 11 May - Commenting on the rise of six-month EURIBOR reference rate from -0.270 to -0.269, the business paper Finance says in Friday's commentary that it is good to know that interest rates can start rising beforethe European Central Bank makes the decision.
