Mercator shareholders to appoint new supervisors on 12 June

Ljubljana, 11 May - Shareholders of Mercator will meet on 12 June to appoint Fabris Peruško, Irena Weber and Sergei Volk new supervisors after their predecessors resigned earlier this year. Shareholders are also to reappoint Matej Lahovnik and Ivica Mudrinić, whose terms on the retailer's supervisory board expire in August.
