Ljubljana, 13 May - It will be mostly cloudy in Slovenia on Monday, with occasional rain. It will partly clear up in the western region of Primorska in the afternoon. Morning lows will range from 9 do 14 degrees centigrade, while daytime high are expected to stand between 16 and 20 degrees, up to 22 in Primorska.
