Africa conference finds issues, opportunities in EU-Africa ties

Ljubljana, 14 May - Changing modes of cooperation, bridging the gap between institutions and communities, securing sustainable development and more opportunities for women and the young were some of the challenges raised in Ljubljana today at the 7th Africa Day conference, which is focusing on Africa-Europe cooperation in the field of governance.
