Delo says Triglav breakdown shows poor attitude toward the sea

Ljubljana, 17 May - The newspaper Delo says that Slovenia is failing at its objective to be a maritime country, arguing that there is much more to being a maritime state than simply having boats. The fact that the military and police vessels break down frequently only reflects Slovenia's attitude toward the sea, it adds.
