Demokracija says asset seizure procedure against Janša definitely on hold

Ljubljana, 18 May - The weekly Demokracija reported on Friday that the Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld the District Court's decision to suspend asset seizure proceedings against Democrats (SDS) head Janez Janša and have the relevant legislative provisions reviewed by the Constitutional Court.
