AIK moves to take control of Gorenjska Banka supervisory board
Ljubljana, 22 May - After acquiring a 32.47% stake in the bank Gorenjska Banka, the Serbian bank AIK Banka has submitted a request for a shareholders' meeting to appoint three new members on the supervisory board of the Slovenian bank.
