Hisense already holds 22.56% stake in Gorenje, report says

Ljubljana/Velenje, 23 May - China's Hisense, which published its intent for the acquisition of Gorenje on 11 May, acquired more than 20% of the household appliance maker outside of the stock market in recent days and currently holds a 22.56% stake, the business daily Finance reports today.
