Stock market index kept afloat

Ljubljana, 24 May - The SBI TOP index on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange closed 0.53% higher on Thursday despite losses by some of the major issues. The busiest item, Gorenje was flat on volumes close to half a million euro. KD Group surged 190% after selling insurer Adriatic Slovenica. Overall trading volume amounted to EUR 1.39m.
