Minister says new, stricter rules not to burden Slovenian banks

Brussels, 25 May - Slovenia was among the 26 EU countries which reached an agreement in Brussels on Friday on legislative measures to toughen regulation of European banks, making a new step towards the banking union. Finance Minister Mateja Vraničar Erman does not believe the new rules will be an additional burden on Slovenian banks, as they have enough capital.
