New parties and reforms key for next govt, paper says

Ljubljana, 28 May - A week before the parliamentary election, the newspaper Delo says two elements will be key in the forming of Slovenia's next government: new parties and the fact that reform will be unavoidable because economic trends will turn negative during the course of the next government's term.
