Ideas for EU monument to totalitarian regime victims presented

Ljubljana, 29 May - Some of the concepts for a European monument to the victims of the totalitarian regimes of the 20th century were presented in Ljubljana on Tuesday, including the two Slovenian projects for the monument planned to be erected in Brussels which made it to the top ten.
