Industrial group Kovintrade to be taken over by business partners, employees

Celje, 30 May - Kovintrade, a Celje-based producer and wholesaler of metallurgic semi-products, which ended 2017 with upbeat business results is about to be taken over by some of its employees and business partners. Although there are several managers among those who have signed the equity agreement, Kovintrade says this is not a management buyout.
