SBI TOP higher after Cinkarna Celje takeover news

Ljubljana, 4 June - The price of the Cinkarna Celje issue rose by 8.37% to EUR 259 after Anatol, a company associated with Martens Management Group, published a takeover intent for the chemical company Cinkarna Celje. The development helped push the SBI TOP index on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange 0.43% higher to 893.69 points as total turnover reached EUR 3.3m.
