Večer welcomes "takeover wave", but under certain conditions
Maribor, 6 June - The EUR 1bn-plus "takeover wave" that has been hitting Slovenia in the recent months is a good news in principle for Slovenian companies, the newspaper Večer says in Wednesday's commentary, but stresses that takeovers should be made at a fair price and involve strategic partners, if possible.
