Complexity, prosecution of hate speech discussed at conference

Ljubljana, 6 June - With online hate speech on the rise, possibilities to prosecute it were discussed at a conference organised by the Spletno Oko (Web Eye) hotline on Wednesday. The debate pointed to a number of problems, including the absence of an international definition of hate speech.
