Novo Mesto linking up with Russian counterpart
Novo Mesto, 6 June - Novo Mesto is hosting a delegation from Togliatti, a Russian partner city which like Novo Mesto lies by a river and has a strong automotive industry. The cities have been fostering cooperation since 2011.
