Prison sentence for Raščan upheld, damages payment overturned

Ljubljana, 7 June - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld the decision of the first instance court to sentence Matej Raščan, the former owner and boss of Delo Revije, to four years in prison, while overturning the part of the judgement ordering him to repay EUR 34m to Delo Revije.
