ICO regulation urged to reduce risks for investors, issuers

Ljubljana, 15 June - The Securities Market Agency (ATVP) called for better regulation of initial coin offerings (ICO) on Friday. ICOs entail great and not entirely definable risks and poor regulation means that investors and issuers lack adequate legal protection. The agency also points out that national-level regulation would not suffice.
