Sava shareholders to vote on interest in Gorenjska Banka
Ljubljana, 22 June - The shareholders of Sava are meeting on Friday to take a vote on the proposal for the holding to sell its stake in the bank Gorenjska Banka to its main shareholders and creditors in a deal valued at EUR 43.5m.
