Govt eases Slovenian language requirement for foreign doctors

Ljubljana, 28 June - Responding to the collapse of children's cardiology in the country, the government scrapped on Thursday certain limitations to the hiring of medical specialists from non-EU countries, including, in specific circumstances, the command of the Slovenian language. The changes will be fast-tracked through parliament.
