Paper says many issues remain open in deal between Koper port and city

Koper, 3 July - The letter of intent signed by the Municipality of Koper and port operator Luka Koper seems like a done deal, although many questions remain open, the newspaper Primorske Novice says in its commentary on Tuesday.
