Italian caver rescued in demanding mission
Sežana, 8 July - The 60-year-old Italian caver, who injured himself Saturday afternoon when exploring a cave near Sežana, was rescued in the early morning hours on Sunday. It took a 31-member cave rescue team and the local firefighting brigade more than 12 hours to lift the man along the narrow 80-metre vertical shaft.
