Cerar tells summit EU not rounded whole without W Balkans

London, 10 July - Prime Minister Miro Cerar said at Tuesday's Western Balkans summit in London that the EU will become a rounded whole only after it includes all countries in the region. This also guarantees stability and a future for the region, Cerar added according to his office.
