Fmr exec of Cimos subsidiary gets suspended sentence for EU funds abuse
Koper, 16 July - Janez Gradišek, a former manager of a subsidiary of car parts maker Cimos, was handed a suspended prison sentence of two years and ten months with a three-year probation period by the Koper District Court on Monday. Gradišek had confessed to involvement in fraud that secured an unwarranted EUR 2.8m in EU funds and EUR 0.5m from the state.
