European Commission okays sale of at least 50% of NLB by end of year
Ljubljana, 10 August - The European Commission has okayed Slovenia's proposal for changed commitments for the sale of the country's largest bank NLB, which includes Slovenia selling at least 50% of the bank by the end of the year. The remainder up to a controlling interest of 25% plus one share is to be sold by the end of 2019.
