Slovenian scientists solve 150-year-old mystery about light

Ljubljana, 24 August - Slovenian scientists in cooperation with their Canadian and Brazilian counterparts have solved a 150-year-old mystery about how light causes movement. They discovered that light can cause elastic waves, similar to those generated during an earthquake.
