Ministerial candidates sign change cannot be expected, paper says

Koper, 27 August - A government coalition has been successfully formed because in the given situation, the coalition partners had no other option. However, the ministerial candidates they have put forward do not bode well for change in Slovenia, the regional newspaper Primorske Novice says on Monday.
