Delo sees Orban's policies as "systemic threat"

Ljubljana, 12 September - Delo likens Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban to a "systemic threat" as it comments Wednesday on the forthcoming European Parliament vote on whether to initiate proceedings against Hungary.
