Dnevnik critical of Juncker's State of the Union address

Ljubljana, 13 September - Dnevnik berates EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker for lacking vision as it analyses in Thursday's commentary the last State of the Union address of the man the commentator says is leaving the union to his successor "in pretty bad shape".
