Ljubljana, 24 September - Slovenian and Japanese partners signed on Monday memorandums and contracts on the second phase of NEDO, a smart technology project bringing together since November 2016 Slovenian grid operator ELES and NEDO, Japan's new energy and industrial technology development organisation.
