Programming council RTV Slovenija's major problem, Delo says

Ljubljana, 26 September - Public broadcaster RTV Slovenija's programming council rejected Katja Šeruga as a candidate for the director of TV programmes, but this was in fact a vote against general manager Igor Kadunc, who had put her forward, Delo says on Wednesday as it examines the gap between the council's powers and responsibilities.
