Delo looks at impact of first bail-in judgement

Ljubljana, 1 October - Delo looks at the message of the first judgement in a case brought by erased junior bondholders, finding that it is unlikely to establish case law, but that it is likely to speed up the adoption of a bill that will enable the plaintiffs to sue the central bank.
