Court confirms discrimination of HIV-positive people in healthcare inadmissible

Ljubljana, 1 October - A court has recently ruled that a healthcare worker who refused to accept an HIV-positive patient discriminated them, said Legebitra, a LGBT rights NGO, and labelled the ruling a landmark in legal protection of HIV-positive people.
