Minority writer handed Grand Austrian State Prize in Vienna

Vienna, 1 October - Florjan Lipuš, a Slovenian minority writer from the Austrian region of Carinthia, received in Vienna on Monday the Grand Austrian State Prize, the highest accolade given out by the country for outstanding artistic achievements.
