Ljubljana, 4 October - Slovenia is witnessing an unusual phenomenon which has reached almost uncontrollable proportions - while the election turnout has been constantly dropping, the number of candidates has been growing, Delo says on Thursday as it takes a look at numerous candidates standing for Maribor mayor.
