Police, inspectors investigating cruel treatment in daycare
Ljubljana, 4 October - The police and the Education Ministry's inspection service are investigating a case of cruel treatment of children in a private daycare facility in Ljubljana which is said to involve life-threatening ways of making toddlers not to cry as well as force-feeding.
