Večer not surprised by 2019 supplementary budget postponement

Maribor, 9 October - The newspaper Večer is not surprised by the prime minister's announcement to postpone the drafting of a supplementary budget for 2019 until next year. Attempting this by mid-October, when Brussels is expecting the 2019 budget for review, could turn into a massive political explosion.
